RETURNS : You can return a product within 90 days. Just email dan@s-one.com. Make sure to let us know why you are returning the product. Ask for an RA#. We will email you back with an RA# and then you just send the helmet to the address below. (you pay for shipping and we suggest you get a tracking # so you can track the package). When we receive the helmet we will refund you the amount of the original purchase.

WARRANTY : All products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer's defects. This only applies to the original owner and must be accompanied by a sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. If you feel your helmet has a manufacturer defect you should email dan@s-one.com. In the email you must explain what the defect is. We will reply to your email with a WA#. When you have the WA# send the helmet to the address below. If the helmet has a manufacturer defect we will send you a new helmet. If the helmet does not have a manufacturer defect you will need to pay for shipping for us to return the helmet to you.

REPLACEMENT POLICY: If your helmet is involved in an accident you may obtain a replacement from S-One by doing the following. This is a courteous gesture to you, our customer.

SEND:

1) Your damaged helmet. 2) A copy of your dated sales receipt. 3) A check for $20.00
